About the Postage Log Menus
File Menu
- Backup/Restore: Run backup and restore commands of Postage Log data.
- Archive: Move all of the transactions of your Postage Log within a date range to another file.
- Export: Export addresses from the Address Book to another file.
Edit Menu
- Find: Search the postage for the word that you entered.
- Copy Details: Copy all of the details information for the selected item in the Postage Log to the Clipboard.
- Tip! Alternately, right-click one or more items and select Copy Details from the shortcut menu.
- Copy Address: Copy the delivery address to the Clipboard from the selected item.
- Tip! Alternately, right-click one or more items and select Copy Address from the shortcut menu.
- Copy Tracking ID: Copy the tracking ID for the selected item in the Postage Log to the Clipboard.
- Tip! Alternately, right-click one or more items and select Copy Tracking ID from the shortcut menu.
Actions Menu
- Check Status at USPS.COM: Track a package with USPS Tracking or Priority Mail Express.
- Tip! Alternately, right-click one or more items and select Check Status from the shortcut menu.
- Check Status at ENDICIA.COM: Track the most recent scan event.
- Print SCAN Form: The Shipment Confirmation Acceptance Notice (SCAN) form represents all of the packages you have prepared in that day with a single barcode.
- Email: Send an email message to the addressee to inform them that you have sent them a letter or package.
- Tip! Alternately, right-click one or more items and select Send Email from the shortcut menu.
- Print Record: Print a page with the information for the selected transaction in the Postage Log.
- Tip! Alternately, right-click one or more items and select Print Record from the shortcut menu.
- E-Refund: Request postage refunds for unused labels. You may only request an electronic refund for domestic labels with an Intelligent Mail barcode (IMb) or Intelligent Mail package barcode (IMpb), or international labels printed using an integrated customs form layout that were printed within the last 30 (thirty) days.
- Tip! Alternately, right-click one or more items and select E-Refund from the shortcut menu.
- Reprint: Reprint an item that was lost or damaged in the printing process.
- Tip! Alternately, right-click one or more items and select Reprint from the shortcut menu.
- Reports: Print a report of the transactions in the Postage Log.
